The Donald slapped with age bias suit; Also, more Rosie attacks, this time on his blog
Is Donald Trump discriminating against the over 40 set in his search for an Apprentice? Yes says the quickly spurned wannabe Joseph Hewitt, 49:
A New Hampshire man hit Trump with the age-discrimination suit Thursday, claiming he was quickly brushed aside as a potential contestant on "The Apprentice" TV show after interviewing for a slot in 2005 because, at 49, he was considered too old.
Joseph Hewett, a technology manager, also wants to get class-action status for his suit. That would mean thousands of rejected "Apprentice" applicants would join him as plaintiffs.
Meanwhile, The Donald is repeating himself -- breaking no new ground -- in his nasty war of words with Rosie O'Donnell, but this time on his blog. Bla bla bla:
I've known Rosie for a long time. She's been a loser. Her television show got bad ratings and she was fired. Her magazine was a total disaster and in fact, the publisher of the company, who was a rising star, ended up losing his job. She also did a Broadway play that was a total mess.
She's unattractive both outside and inside. You don't get worse than Rosie. She's been bullying people for a long time. And I'm the only one who fought back.
As far as I'm concerned, you don't get any lower than Rosie O'Donnell.

Personally I'm tired of both Donald and Rosie, but if Donald really had any class he wouldn't use the words he's using in his attacks. He's gone way beyond. And it makes him come off far worse in the fight.
But with his own Apprentice with its falling ratings (at least as of the last installment) airing, I guess any free publicity is good publicity.
